Interest course in the 7IOR

On May 25, the students in our 7th grade class were given tasks that were, for example, as follows: "Fill the plate about 2 cm with water, light a tea light and place it in the center.

Put the existing water glass over the tea light and see what happens" or "Create a sales ad for a product for ebay classifieds. For example, the item for sale is old and broken. Formulate your ad as interesting as possible to be able to sell the product successfully" or "Measure the pulse and blood pressure of a classmate with the blood pressure monitor and then bandage his wrist". These and other tasks had to be completed. The total of six stations represented activities in various occupational groups. The students worked through all the areas in small groups. At each station, they noted whether they enjoyed the tasks or not and gave reasons for their statements. At the end, our career counselor held an evaluation discussion with the young people. They were given information on the corresponding occupational fields whose activities they enjoyed the most. The documents received and a certificate of participation have already found their way into the students' career choice passports.

We would like to thank our career counselor Ms. Walther for conducting the interest course and we are already looking forward to the next joint career orientation activity with our students.
