School's own active careers fair at the International Schools Reinsdorf

On 22.10.2024, over 30 regional and national companies presented themselves on our premises. The pupils used this opportunity to find out about apprenticeships, internships and study opportunities.

In addition, many of the companies offered the opportunity to try things out in practice.

At Wärmetechnik Wilkau-Haßlau GmbH & Co. KG, for example, copper pipes were pressed and welded, and wire was bent at the joint practice for orthodontics Dr. U. Löffler and Dr. W.-D. Weigel.

At hairdresser Nawrath Best Hair you could try your hand at making a doll's head and at Fritzsch-Bau GmbH you could build a house.

A wide range of professions were presented, some of which were less familiar to the students and thus perhaps offer new prospects for the future.

We would like to thank all the companies that participated in the fair with great commitment, provided the students and their parents with answers to many questions and gave a lot of information and impulses.

We look forward to continuing our BO trade fair in 2 years' time.
