BO hiking day of the 8IOR

Year 8 of our International Secondary School in Reinsdorf chose to go to the Porsche plant in Leipzig for their careers orientation day. However, as the class also wanted to try things out in practice and gain an insight into various training occupations, we visited the Porsche Experience Workshop beforehand.

Bernhard Schlink's visit with us

Bernhard Schlink is one of the most important and successful authors of our time and, thanks to his international bestseller "The Reader", is more than just known to Saxon schoolchildren. Today he commutes between Berlin and New York and, after a long career as a lawyer and writer, now devotes himself entirely to writing.

8IOR workshop days at BSW Werdau

In the first week of March, our 8th grade students from the International Secondary School Reinsdorf were guests at the BSW - Bildungszentrum Werdau. For five days, they had the opportunity to try out different professional fields in practice.

8 IOR visit to the BIZ in Zwickau

On 29.01.2024, after four hours of lessons at school, we took public transport to the BIZ in Zwickau.
As part of the vocational orientation program at our International Secondary School in Reinsdorf, pupils in Year 8 travel to the BIZ.

The open day at the International Schools Reinsdorf

On Saturday, 27.01.2024, the International Schools Reinsdorf hosted an open day in bright sunshine. Once again this year, the schools were filled with interested visitors shortly after the doors opened at 9.30 am.

Meeting of the trades

For the third school year in a row, we have invited companies to our school under a specific motto. This year, four companies came to the "Meeting of skilled trades".

On November 16, our 8th grade class at the International Secondary School Reinsdorf was able to take part in a project to discover strengths, career orientation and life planning.
